This shouldn't happen anymore now. A project tries to find a VCS plugin now
during opening and if it finds one (either in configuration or by asking all
vcs plugins wether they can handle the project folder. 

If anybody can reproduce this with trunk/kdevplatform from Nov. 22nd 2008 or
later, please re-open with an updated backtrace.
