Hi,

Please will you guys assign Save-all the shortcut ctrl-shift-s? For the
following reasons:

1. No shortcut is defined for save-all, and I imagine it is a reasonably common
operation. I certainly use it a lot.
2. Ctrl-shift-s is unused.
3. It is a sensible shortcut by analogy with ctrl-s.
4. Visual Studio uses that shortcut, ensuring greater consistency across IDEs.
