I don't see this happening in the near or midterm future. As far as I can see
this database is purely available online and doesn't have any API to access it.
Which means we'd have to parse the HTML pages.

Also there's the problem of not knowing wether a library is installed or not,
so even if we'd adjust the buildsystem there's no guarantee this works. Apart
from that IMHO understanding enough of your preferred buildsystem to add a few
include-paths and libraries is "must-have".
