This proplem was related with my distribution repositories. Package kdesdk for
kde4 has the same name as previous for kde3 therefore it replaces older
package, which is required by kdevelop ( libcvsservice.so etc. ).
I installed older package and new project works again.
But I think packages should be called kdesdk3 and kdesdk or kdesdk and kdesdk4,
but it is issue for archlinux developers.
In fact something was wrong with installation.
Problem is fixed now, sorry.
