We want KDevPlatform to support sessions so one can have different projects per
session and plugins have a place to store project-independant data that doesn't
fit into KConfig.

Some requirements:
- don't bother the user with sessions, let him take actions to use them
  this means open a default session without asking the user on startup
- support having 3 instances of KDevelop with different sessions and re-open
them when closing the DE and restarting it, but make sure we don't annoy people
that don't care about session with this
- maybe have a cmdline switch to open kdevelop with a session selector
