Ok, I'll contact cmake.
The only reason I thought of reporting this issue here was:

At first when the project file is generated
"Gravity.kdevelop.filelist" contains all the files in my project, but
when the project is opened and closed once, then that file is reduced
to: -

# KDevelop Custom Project File List
CMakeLists.txt
