Editting the top level CMakeLists will freeze kdevelop after a couple of times. Even \
for extremely small projects: 1 CMakeLists + couple of headers & sources. Time to \
reparse increases after each edit and will eventually freeze up KDevelop unbearably. \
After 5 edits on a small projects it will freeze for about 20 seconds.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Kdevelop
2. Load tiny cmake project (eg Kdevelop/doc/examples/qtest)
3. comment/decomment line
4. save
5. go to step 3
