If the folder name contains non standard characters (for instance Cyrillic or utf8) \
Kdevelop incorrectly processes this file:

1)the full file name at the top of the KBuilder is displayed incorrectly.
It is displayed something like this: file://.../%D0%BF...
(... -- is the (personal)text that i left out)

2)Probably this is a consequence of the first problem, but nether the less, the \
debugger does not work. It does not start, nor does it show any error or message \
boxes.
