------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee. http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=160733 Summary: Stop debugging fails to kill target process if process is running Product: kdevelop Version: unspecified Platform: Debian stable OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: kdevelop-bugs kdevelop org ReportedBy: jcortel gmail com Version: 3.5.1-2 (using KDE 3.5.8) Installed from: Debian stable Packages Compiler: g++ (gcc) version 4.1.3 20070929 (prerelease) (Ubuntu 4.1.2-16ubuntu2) standard statically linked process OS: Linux I'm running version KDevelop 3.5.1-2 and the newest stable gdb 6.8. If I click the stop debugging button via the KDevelop GUI while the target app is *running*, the debug mode in IDE appears to end but the app's process continues to run as normal. I have to manually *kill* the process for it to end. The process ends properly by clicking the stop debugging button if the application process is halted at a break point or memory access violation, etc. _______________________________________________ KDevelop-bugs mailing list KDevelop-bugs@kdevelop.org https://barney.cs.uni-potsdam.de/mailman/listinfo/kdevelop-bugs
