Version:           3.5.1 (using 3.5.3-8.0.el3.kde, )
Compiler:          gcc version 3.2.3 20030502 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.3-53)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.4.21-47.ELsmp

Repro steps:

 1. type something that will cause a popup
 2. quickly switch away from KDevelop (e.g. Alt+Tab) to a window
    that will cover most if not all of the KDevelop window
 3. after autocomplete delay (e.g. 1000 ms) the autocomplete popup
    will appear on top of the switched-to window
 
To make things even more difficult the menu steals focus and must be dismissed.
