Lets consider a project with source files in about 20 subdirectories

I would like a way to fast open a file without touching the mouse meaning like a \
quick open file.

I hit <shortcut> a popup opens asking me the name of the file. I type the name and \
kdevelop takes care in locating this file in my project directory (searching \
subdirectories).

I would like to be able to open files which are not included as part of the project.

I would like not to need to enter full path since i cannot recall the path for \
hundred of files.
