I am attempting to debug an ncurses application using gdb 6.6.  Enable separate terminal is selected in the debugging project options.  When Debug-Start is selected an external terminal window opens and then closes immediately.  The status bar reports Exited normally.  I am able to run the program from within the IDE (not debugging), and running gdb from the command line functions properly.
