I have a programming project loaded with kdevelop. It runs fine without debugger, but \
the debugger does not even start.

Reproduce:
1. load a programming project
2. verify it runs without debugger
3. stop it
4. chose "runs the program in the debugger"
5. wait till the program gui is displayed
6. chose "Debug|Set execution position to cursor"

I expect at least the debugger to run, but I get an error msg.: "Debugger reported \
the following error: The program is not being run"
