"Sync with repository" at project root level does not sync (refresh) all project \
files. You have to navigate through directory entries and keep repeating "Sync with \
repository" again and again.

Seems that just "modified" and not versioned files have its correct status refreshed \
recursively, so check this issue with "needs_patch" or "conflict" files for instance.
