with $$ and environment vars in the .profile it works, but...

The loading of projects became much slower... on a 3 Ghz Kubuntu 7.10 it takes at \
least 3 seconds for a small library project. And comment lines starting with '#' \
result in "Cannot read pro file" / "Cannot write Doxyfile" / "Malformed URL". 

Should I create a new task therefore?
