Hmm, are you maybe talking about the abbreviation plugin? It has a couple of \
predefined abbreviations for things like a while-loop, private/protected and others. \
So for example "whileb" would produce a full while loop, including braces.

I totally forgot about that, though its a bit lacking in KDevelop3 as it only \
supports C++ stuff properly I think.
