SVN commit 743087 by apaku:

Rename the addfilesdialog class and files. This dialog had the same name as a \
completely different dialog the the buildtools-widgets library which causes a crash \
                when:
- start kdevelop and load a custom makefile project
- switch to a qmake project
- try to add an existing file and go up one level.

Thanks to hbemail gmail com for finding and reporting this.
