Sigh :( Just another clear indication that providing a GUI thats easy to use, but powerful enough for all use-cases is impossible.

Unfortunately I can't fix this, the message comes from KUrlSelector which wants a real path in its lineedit. However I don't think its good to resolve BASEDIR and put the real path there, because that would break your .pro file as soon as you apply any changed settings. 

I'm really sorry.
