I can confirm this bug for the following environment (kdevelop -version):

Qt: 3.3.8
KDE: 3.5.8 "release 21.2" 
KDevelop: 3.5.0

It occurs on an openSUSE 10.3 system freshly installed from scratch including all \
available online updates.
