Hi

This is regarding modifying files that need a lock on svn to be modified. KDevelop \
allows me to modify such files without them being locked. It also allows me to commit \
them without me locking them. If I try to modify these files without locking them \
through external editors like gedit, I am not allowed to do so.

Since locking the file through KDevelop is not supported yet (Bug 150317) Such files \
are modified by more than one persion at a time and it causes problem.

It would very much be helpful if such a feature of not allowing files that need a \
lock to be modified is implemented along with feature mentioned in Bug 150317.

Thanks in Advance

Pranav
