Having had a quick look through that list I see the following commits that might be related:

r671292
r665064
r664961

Vadym, please checkout KDevelop from svn and revert the changes of these revisions (doing a svn merge -r664961:664960 should revert the changes of the last revision mentioned above). Then see which of these creates the problem again for you or if none of these fixes the slow loading of code completion.
