KDE3 is in feature freeze, no new features will be added. KDevelop4 will not have PHP \
support and thus this is a wontfix for KDevelop. I suggest you ask the Quanta \
developers (Quanta/KDE4 will have the same base as KDevelop4 and can possibly take \
over the PHP users of KDevelop3) about this feature.
