Summary: variables tab column widths dont reset / should not
                    autoresize
           Product: kdevelop
           Version: 3.4.0
          Platform: Gentoo Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdevelop-bugs kdevelop org
        ReportedBy: kbugger piments com

Version: 3.4.0 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: gcc-4.2
OS: Linux

Hi,

looking at the variable evaluation tab the initial column width seems OK. However, if \
I add an eval expression a bit longer it resizes the local variable column width \
pushing all the values out of sight.

If I then delete the expression the column remains extra wide and I have to go search \
by extending the tab width to get to the separator, drag it back , resize the tab \
....

At lot of wasted time.

I see three choices :

1/ dont autosize.
2/ do autosize but in both directions.
3/ dont autosize the local valiables columns because of an expression eval lower \
down.

thz.
