No the combobox is not populated by default, as I said you are free to find the \
reason and provide a patch.

As far as KDev4 goes: You're misunderstanding: there is no, not the slightest, \
support for autotools in KDevelop4 at all currently. And unless somebody steps up to \
do that (which might include switching between build config, else that would be a \
regression), there won't be any autotools support in KDevelop4 directly. However we \
expect much more community-provided plugins for KDevelop4 as its much easier to \
provide them and it will be easier to install plugins directly from within kdevelop.
