If you go to Settings|Configure Toolbars...|buildToolBar <KDevAutoProject> you can \
add Build Configuration to your toolbar. (Of course, you must already have a project \
opened to do this) However, when a project is first opened, the Build Configuration \
combo box is empty. As soon as I open the sub-menu at Project|Build Configuration, \
the combo box is suddenly populated.
