QMakeManager reorders the .pro files depending on changes made in the gui which makes \
QMakeManager unusable. This was fixed once, but back now.

This behaviour creates 2 problems:
- Usage of .pro files in VCSs is cumbersome
- Inclusion of .pri files at the end of a .pro file for setting stuff like \
DEPENDPATH=$$INCLUDEPATH or switching between release and debug builds. If the .pro \
is reordered after an action in the QMakeManager, those inclusions don't make sense \
anymore.

At least the following changes in the GUI reoder the .pro file:
-changing the target
-changing Debug/Release config
-changing the template

I would expect that at least for already existing variables, the order isn't changed \
after those are changed in QMakeManager.
