Show thin coloured lines in the scrollbar to reflect the coloured lines shown in the \
editor for various states (ie. show all of them all at once).  This greatly \
simplifies navigating long source code as you can scroll direct to any significant \
point, and is a very nice feature of SGI's cvd debugger.
