Andreas: I see, it read somewhat offending. That was not my intend. Sorry for that.

I share your point that two status bars might be even more confusing but having only \
one. I think, that would make one notice the one and just *never* get the idea that \
there might be another status bar. At least, I cannot remember I've ever seen an \
application featuring two status bars.

On the other hand, just keeping it where it currently is, does not look like a \
solution for me. Just because it's ever been there won't make it simpler for any \
beginners to get the idea that the bar is located where it currently is right.


Could you agree the point that someone who's new to kdevelop could be confused about \
the situation that the Col/Row state isn't to the bottom left of the editor area?
