Uhm, please make sure that automatic argument hints and eventually also the automatic \
code-completion are enabled under Project Options->C++ Support.

IIRC these are often switched of for the various application templates because they \
were very annoying due to speed-problems in the past. And even nowadays I prefer to \
use ctrl+space, because I don't need the completion that often ;)
