Yes, the other Bug report is better than this one.

This one can be resumed as:
kdevelop users should be smart enough to read the software requirements before \
installing a new KDevelop version.

PS:
ALL download pages at kdevelop.org tell you to read the requirements before \
downloading, ALL of them!!
