Ok, with your project I can reproduce the problem, for some reason kdevelop's qmake parser can't parse the .pro files in the directories under Gui.

As for your last comment, you can set the path to the QMake binary under Project Options->C++ Support->Qt tab. Make sure it points to the right one.
