Summary: New Files dialog does not honor configured extensions
           Product: kdevelop
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: SuSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdevelop-bugs kdevelop org
        ReportedBy: bartoschek gmx de

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

The dialog for new file creation does not use the extensions configured for a \
project. For C++ headers the extension always defaults to .h and for source files its \
.cpp.

To see the problem:

Create a new qmake based project.
