If LANGUAGE environment variable is set to a different value from "en_US" clicking  \
on compile error line will fail.

Kdevelop expects make "Entering directory ..." messages to be in english.

Since make std output depends on LANGUAGE environment variable, changing it to other \
language will cause kdevelop not to understand it (seems kdevelop not reading \
LANGUAGE environment).
