Two things:

1. rc1 doesn't have the necessary fix for this, as I said its better to compile 3.4 \
svn HEAD

2. Using websvn.kde.org on branches/kdevelop/3.4/languages/cpp/ccconfigwidget.cpp you \
should see that it only checks the header file if you chose Qt3. For Qt4 it only \
makes sure that bin/qmake exists and is executable.

So closing again, as it is fixed.
