Unfortunately this is not fixable in qmake projects, there might be multiple \
applications in a qmake project and the qmake manager doesn't know which of those is \
configured to be run via "Run".

All you can do is set LD_LIBRARY_PATH in the environment variables section in the Run \
configuration.

Closing as wontfix, thus.
