Fixed in revision 605701 on 3.4 branch.

BUG 104265 Fix to create new project stored in svn Removed unimplemented
options from RMB context menu. Added tool tips.

Note: kdesvn io slaves are not presently supported. Use kdesdk-ioslaves
And the repository has to exist. eg. been created with 'svnadmin create'
