I have the same problem using the "Find in files" dialog.
Ctrl+ins/Ctrl+del/Shift+ins does not work, nothing happens.
Ctrl+v, Ctrl+c, Ctrl+x works.
A little bit annoying since I'm left handed and use Ctrl+ins-combos almost always.
Tested with Kdevelop 3.3.5
