Summary: cvsservice segfaults when logging into pserver
           Product: kdevelop
           Version: 0.1
          Platform: Debian testing
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: VCS: CVSService
        AssignedTo: kdevelop-bugs kdevelop org
        ReportedBy: brian strutmasters com

Version: 0.1 (using KDE KDE 3.5.3)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

When using cervisia, the login action causes cvsservice to crash. Unfortunately, I \
have essentially no backtrace info, but here's my sequence of events:

1) Launch Cervisia
2) Attempt to login to a pserver repo
3) KDE Crash Manager tells me that 'cvsservice' has crashed, and that no backtrace is \
available. 4) Cervisia carries on, but all CVS function simply doesn't work.

If I launch cvsserver in a terminal window, the most information I ever get when it \
crashes is: # cvsserver
KCrash: Application 'cvsservice' crashing...
*** glibc detected *** malloc(): memory corruption (fast): 0x080cc3c0 ***
Unable to start Dr. Konqi

(This crash occurs when cervisia attempts to perform the pserver login)

Sorry I don't have more information right now.. What can I do to be of more help?
