It keeps forgetting the current dir and the settings for the executable name. Regarding the dir, it's when you set some relative subdir in the base dir for building or running. It will work the first time round, but then it seems to stay in the subdir so the second cd fails. Workaround is to set the dir you want to build/run from to the active dir. Regarding the executable name: it just forgets after a while. It works, i can enter it, but I open the preferences again it's gone :(.
