Summary: Build project executes the program when it shouldn't
           Product: kdevelop
           Version: 3.3.91
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdevelop-bugs kdevelop org
        ReportedBy: kde jacobrideout net

Version: 3.3.91 (using KDE KDE 3.5.3)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc (GCC) 4.0.3 (Ubuntu 4.0.3-1ubuntu5)
OS: Linux

If you run "Execute main program" when the program needs some part to be rebuilt, \
then it will build it and afterward run the program. This is the expected behavior. \
If, however, when building there is an error, if you correct it, and then run "Build \
project" (If the compile is successful) then it will run the program, which is not \
the expected behavior of "Build project"

This is reproducible with qmake and autotools based c++ projects.
