In IDEAl mode, when the right hand side dock window's width is changed, both the \
central widget and the left hand side dock window's widths are modified to make up \
the space.

What should happen is that only the central widgets size should be modified, as what \
happens when the lhs dock windows are resized.


The same problem occurs if you have top and bottom dock windows.  Resizing the top \
one works correctly.  Resizing the bottom modifies both of the others.
