I'm back to work. 

I've followed some steps in
http://doc.trolltech.com/3.3/designer-manual-2.html

so that I've designed a simple form in QtDesigner, and finally made a binary program \
with it, that works correctly.

KDevDesigner, preview: works
KDevDesigner, program binary: does not work (does not respect maximumSize)
Qt Designer, preview: works 
Qt Designer, program binary: works
