The file (i.e. number of lines) must be longer then your actual window can display. Now insert a line longer then your window can display and use the horizontal scrollbar to scroll to the right and place the cursor at the ending of the line. (you can use the "end"-key instead). When you now scroll down (or up) so that the cursor is not on the screen. -> The horizontal scrollbar gets reseted and greyed out, but the screen has offset to the right. I dont think this is right. Its also a bit annoying, because i have to use the cursor-keys to move the cursor to the very left to reset the offset. Otherwise i sometimes see only half of the code. This bug might be related to Bug 78135 If you cant reproduce the bug, send me an email and i will create some very verbose screenshots. Thank you in advance.
