code completion seems not to work with imported source code.

To reproduce this bug just try the following:

- Create a new project
- import cpp and h files
- restart kdevelop

by now code completion only works by pressing ctrl + space

kdevelop regognizes the types like kpushbuttons etc correctly, but code completion \
only works by pressing ctrl + space

When you use copy and paste to get source code in your project, the same bug appears.

And when you have large amounts of source code, it does not work too.
