We have found another symptom refering to the high cpu usage. The xsession-error file \
is abnormaly huge (4gb), and is filled with errors coming from kdevelop and other \
applications. Right now I don't have access to the computer, so I can't post \
fragments of the file. But if someone could confirm that this indicates a problem \
with the X server, and not kdevelop, I could close the bug report and dump cygwin/X.
