Hi,

The attached code doesn't work in Konqueror but works as spected in Mozilla and \
Opera.

Spected behaviour: New file inputs each time "Create node" is pressed
Actual behaviour: New inputs are created but not "file" type because setAttribute \
fails.

As seen here (http://developer.apple.com/internet/webcontent/dom2ii.html) \
setAttribute works when the element isn't form elements.
