In current KDE 3.5 version, gdb invoked by KDevelop will read ~/.gdbinit file.
So, put 
   handle SIG49 ignore nostop noprint
there, adjusting signal number. It might be nice to have signal control in UI,
like in Eclipse, or it might not be so good -- after all it's very advanced feature, \
so .gdbinit is not so bad. Tentatively closing this issue.
