I discovered this bug when personalizing my toolbars.

After adding the "read only mode" toolbar button to the KatePartView toolbar, I \
noticed that when I switched between open documents, the main toolbar shrunked. After \
a closer inspection, I noticed that when I switched to the document that was opened \
when I personalized the toolbar, the "read only mode" buttonwas added and when I \
switched to another document, the first button of the main toolbar was deleted. That \
behaviour repeats while there are buttons in the main toolbar.
