Just to clarify if I got that right:
1) Putting a breakpoint on a source line should work
   even if it is in a template class?
2) AFAIK rbreak sets a breakpoint in each instantiation
   of that template (and thats the way I'd expect it
   to work). What are the problems here?

To 2): I've been pointed to this in the thread
"Debugging templates" in gnu.gcc.help, 25 Jan 2005.

I've used rbreak for that purpose afterwards.
