You can use the QT Designer (stand alone) to do most
of the editing. 

You can remove the .ui file from the .devses project
file. Just look for projectname.devses and look at the
DocsAndViews section of that xml-file. Remove the .ui
mentions and you should be able to load the project
and kdevelop again.
